What are the Expired Items in Outlook?
When a user sets a message expiration date in Outlook and expiration date passes then, this message can be called expired item in Outlook.
What is "Delete expired items (e-mail folders only)" in Outlook?
Delete expired items (e-mail folders only) - It is related to Outlook messages which have an expiry date and the message is expired.
This option is available in the AutoArchive feature of Outlook and if you select this option then the expired message will be automatically deleted when the AutoArchive feature run.
